Vibrant, dynamic and full of life, Ghana is a gem lying on the South West Coast of Africa. Renowned for the warmth and welcoming nature of it’s people, Ghana is home to golden beaches, kente, gold and the black stars and a beautiful and culturally rich heritage which influences its music, literature, food and more.

Ghanaian foods are characterised by wholesome, flavourful, spicy stews and soups accompanied by staples such as rice, yam and plantain.

Chefs, food bloggers and home cooks are pushing the boundaries, creating innovative, fusion dishes inspired by modern cuisine and cooking techniques but traditional dishes such as banku and tilapia, spinach, egushi and yam, waakye and stew and jollof remain firm family favourites which will always have their place at the table.

Our cuisine spans the spectrum from traditional to fusion and we are excited about sharing our ideas with you.

At the Pepper Pantry we cater for every occasion, from dinner parties, business lunches and product launches to engagements, weddings, christenings and anniversaries.
